The Student Initiative Showdown is a business competition open to all interested Secondary school students in the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). Over the course of five months, teams of three to five Secondary school students each create, implement and evaluate a business plan. Teams are paired with SIFE BCIT Mentors for the duration of the competition, and business workshops are held once per month to provide learning support for all participants.

The Next SIS workshop will take place on Saturday, February 7th from 1-5pm in SE6 Room 203 (BCIT Burnaby Campus). The topic will be presentation skills, and the workshop will be led by Kemp Edmonds and Neil Gibbings.
